Reading? that's a nice start, but as a 9th grade teacher I have had too many students in my class who do not know how to use scissors! Many parents are working 2 jobs to pay rent and feed their kids and afterschool programs, once funded by local government, are long gone. We need more options for our young children!

Wow! By the time a child reaches high school, they should have completed tons of arts & craft projects. When PWIB establishes our creative learning center, we promise to teach scissor use.
